16.11 The Late Renewal & Administrative Recovery Fee covers administrative processing, account review, recovery procedures, restoration efforts, reactivation tasks, and additional operational costs associated with restoring expired services.

16.12 Payment of the Late Renewal Fee does not guarantee that a suspended or expired service can be restored. Restoration remains subject to service availability, account status, data retention periods, and technical feasibility.

16.13 If a service remains unpaid after expiration, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the service and remove all associated data without liability.

16.14 Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain active payment methods and renew services well before their expiration dates to avoid additional fees, service interruption, or permanent data loss.

Hosting packages purchased under promotional offers, discounted pricing, special campaigns, coupon codes, or any reduced-price arrangement are not eligible for refunds.

Domain registrations, domain transfers, domain renewals, domain restorations, and all other domain-related services are strictly non-refundable once processed.

Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund period will not be considered.

Cancellations and Refunds
The act of discontinuing a Service or a Product provided by Our Company is defined as an act of Cancellation. The customer agrees that a Cancellation request can be submitted anytime upon submitting the request via the Client Dashboard or by opening a ticket in our Billing Department.

During the process of canceling a Product or a Service, Our Company will attempt to resolve the reason for the Cancellation request if such is provided and act in the best interest of the client. In case the Product or Service is no longer suitable for the customer, Our Company will act in compliance with our Terms of Service policy.

Our Company is not an ICANN-accredited registrar and does not operate as an official ICANN registrar.

Customers acknowledge that services purchased from Our Company are provided through third-party registrars, registry operators, and domain service providers. As a result, customers enter into a contractual relationship with Our Company and agree to be governed by the policies, procedures, pricing structures, administrative requirements, service conditions, and operational practices established by Our Company.

While certain domain extensions may ultimately be subject to registrar, registry, or ICANN requirements, customers acknowledge that Our Company's services, promotions, administrative fees, verification requirements, support procedures, transfer procedures, billing policies, and domain management policies are independently established by Our Company and form part of the binding agreement between the customer and Our Company.

By registering, transferring, renewing, or managing a domain through Our Company, customers expressly agree to comply with all policies published by Our Company, regardless of whether similar provisions exist within ICANN policies, registrar policies, or registry policies.

Customers further acknowledge that Our Company's promotional offers, free domain programs, discounted registrations, administrative charges, security procedures, transfer requirements, and domain-related service conditions are governed by Our Company's published policies and may differ from those of other providers.

Use of any domain-related service constitutes acceptance of all domain policies, transfer policies, promotional conditions, billing requirements, and administrative procedures published by Our Company.Domain and Domain Transfers
18.1 All domains can be transferred to another host free of charge. 18.2 Domains that have been included when purchasing a hosting package would remain the property of Our Company until one year of web hosting has been completed or a fee which would be calculated as the cost of the domain name plus the transfer fee would be charged. If a package includes a free domain it must be selected at the time of purchase as this will be your account leading domain. No free domain will be supplied if you select to transfer a domain from an existing provider. 18.3 All domains once purchased are placed in the registrants name and are the property of the registrant. 18.4 We have the right to suspend a domain name if we believe incorrect or false data has been entered at the time of purchase. At times we may contact the registrant and ask that your data is updated and a temporary suspension may be placed on the domain until this is acted upon. 18.5 Affiliate payouts will only be transfered to the affiliate 180 days after the sale. Commission will not be paid if a cancellation of server or suspension applies within this time period. You will need to have at least ยฃ50 in your affiliate account before a transfer of money is performed. 18.6 All domain names are charged as per what is displayed in the shopping cart at the time of checkout. These prices will also be displayed clearly on purchase pages and product tables where relevant. 18.7 Expiring domain names โ€“ All expiring domain names will be emailed 30 days prior to the expiration date. You will be notified three times within this 30 day period asking you to renew should you wish to re-purchase. For security reasons we have placed all domains names on auto renew. Should you no longer wish to renew the domain name we request that you place a cancellation from within your Certa control panel. 18.8 Auto renew domain names โ€“ Your domain name will be placed within the domain section of your control panel. This will show clearly the start date along with the renewal date and cost for renewing this domain name. You can choose to increase the time your registration period is set to by option to increase the period of registration from the drop-down section in my domains names. 18.9 All purchases of .uk domain names are bound by the legal terms and conditions of Nominet. Domain Policy:

Domains cannot be transferred to another registrar within the first six months of registration, as per the registrarโ€™s policy.
You cannot change the domain nameservers of new domain for 8 months as per registrarโ€™s policy, so provide the nameservers you want to have for the domains at the time of order.
If any domain violates the registrarโ€™s policy, then they can deactivate the domain name without any prior notice and domain will be permanently lost. In such cases, we will not be responsible.
Refund Policy:

Our refund policy does not allow for direct refunds. Instead, any eligible amount will be credited to your client account, which can be utilized for future purchases.

Domain Transfer Policy:

If a domain has only 15 days left before expiration, the EPP code will not be issued for transfer to another provider.

scan newly registered domain names for the specified keywords and criteria.

Deactivation Timeline
If a domain name is identified as meeting
the criteria, it will be deactivated within 7 days of registration without
prior notice to the client.

Locking and Deactivation
The domain nameโ€™s control panel will be
locked, and the domain will be deactivated. This means that the client will not
be able to manage the domain through their control panel.

Domain Name Reinstatement
Clients whose domains have been
deactivated under this policy may contact Our Companyโ€™s support team to request a
review and potential reinstatement of their domain. Our Company will evaluate such
requests on a case-by-case basis and may require additional information or
compliance with specific conditions before reinstatement. To initiate the
reinstatement process, clients are required to submit the following documents:

10. File Storage / Online Backups
10.1 We do not permit the use of our shared hosting platforms for the storage of backup or archival data including large amounts of plugin cache data (we operate server-side caching as standard), mirror sites, storage of game data including flash games, personal multimedia content such as movies, music, photos or other media. Your account and any sub-accounts may be used for genuine web hosting purposes only. Any such content is not permitted and will be removed and any offending accounts suspended. 10.2 Services such as OwnCloud are not permitted on our shared hosting and accounts found to be utilising web space for such services will have their data removed and services suspended. 10.3 We donโ€™t limit your disk space providing the majority of your space is used for web hosting. We do not permit the use of our shared hosting as an e-mail archival system and you may be asked to remove e-mail, archive e-mail to your computer or upgrade to a VPS solution if it is determined your account is being used as such.

10.2 Free .COM domain names included with eligible hosting packages are provided as a first-year promotional offer only. After the initial registration period, the domain is no longer covered under the promotion and must be renewed separately.The standard renewal fee for .COM domains on our platform is PKR 4,800 per year, which applies to all subsequent renewal terms. By purchasing a hosting package with a free domain offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees that domain renewals are subject to the prevailing renewal pricing and are not included in future hosting renewals unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Fair Usage Policy ( FUP )
A. RESOURCE USAGE
1.
The Shared Hosting Services comprise the provision of web space on our
servers to enable you to upload pages and files for the purpose of
publishing websites.
2.
The Shared Hosting Services allow you โ€˜unlimitedโ€™ server space for normal
routine โ€œnon-file-distributionโ€ web usage. For websites that allow
downloading of video, audio or other files we reserve the right to impose
a bandwidth limit of two hundred and fifty (250) gigabytes per calendar
month.
3.
Non-file-distribution usage will remain unaffected by any limit imposed
on downloading of video, audio or other files.
4. In
your use of the Shared Hosting Services (other than where you are using
your own virtual private server), you may not:
a.
use more than 10% of our platformโ€™s processing capacity. There are
numerous activities that could cause such problems, including (but not
limited to) CGI scripts and intensive FTP, PHP or HTTP operations
b.
run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes or any daemons;
including (but not limited to) IRCd
c.
run any type of web spider or indexer
d.
run any software that interfaces with an Internet Relay Chat network
e.
run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. You may link to
legal torrent files off-site, but may not host or store them on our
servers
f.
participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
g.
run any gaming servers
h.
run entries or other scheduled tasks other than by configuring them
through our control panel
i.
give away web space under a domain (including Resellers giving away free
websites)
j.
operate a proxy website or service
k.
as a remote file host for other websites
l. operate
self-hosted file sync or similar โ€œcloud storageโ€ based services
including (but not limited to) OwnCloud, Pydio and Sparkleshare.
5.
You must not use the Hosting Services as an offsite backup facility.
Therefore, all files uploaded to our servers as part of your usage of the
Hosting Services must be visible and accessible to the outside world
(web-visible) unless they are needed to operate the website of which they
form part; We reserve the right to delete files or directories that are
not web-visible without giving notice to you.
6.
All pages of website stored on our servers as part of the Hosting
Services will be available to search engines unless you take action to
prevent this. If you wish to optimise your web pages for search engines
you agree to use coding and techniques which comply fully with the
guidelines issued by Google, Bing, Yahoo and other large search engines.
7.
MySQL Databases are limited to 1024 megabytes in size, when they reach
this size we will notify you.
8. If
you are a Reseller and deactivate a resold web hosting account we will
delete it after 50 days.
B. PROHIBITED USES
1.
You may use the Hosting Services only for lawful purposes. You may not
use the Hosting Services:
a.
in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international
law or regulation
b.
in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or
fraudulent purpose or effect
c.
for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way
d.
to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material
which does not comply with our content standards (see below)
e.
to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised
advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar
solicitation (also known as SPAM โ€“ see below)
to
knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains
viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware,
adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed
to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware

These content standards apply to any and all material that you allow to
be hosted through the Hosting Services and to any interactive services
associated with it.

You must comply with the spirit of the following standards. The standards
apply to each part of any Material as well as to its whole.

be genuinely held (where they state opinions)

comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they
are posted

contain any material which is defamatory of any person

e.

If an order triggers any of our security rules it will be manually revised by our Order Verification team, the invoice will be canceled and no payment will be applied. We are not obligated to provide service nor additional information for the reason of failure to pass our verification process. 

After successful payment, the service subject of your order is considered active. Our Company provides instant account activation for services promoted as such. Services, such as, but not limited to Virtual Private Servers and Dedicated Servers, that require manual interaction and/or custom setup will be handled in a timely manner. Service is considered available only after you receive written confirmation sent from Our Company

d.
You are responsible for the good housekeeping of your Reseller Service.
You agree to delete files and Hosting Services that are no longer
required
F. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
1. We
will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of
this acceptable use policy through your use of the Hosting Services. When
a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem
appropriate.
2.
Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material
breach of the our terms and conditions of sale upon which you are
permitted to use the Hosting Services, and may result in our taking all
or any of the following actions:
a.
immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the
Hosting Services
b.
immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Material (as defined in
paragraph 5.1) uploaded to our servers
c.
issue of a warning to you
d.
issue of legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on
an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable
administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach
e.
further legal action against you
f.
disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we
reasonably feel is necessary
G. CHANGES TO OUR ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

19. Expiry / Late Fee / Renewal Policies
Should you have a complaint about the product, service or support you have received from Our Company, if our customer service team have been unable to resolve this to your satisfaction we would request you put this in writing and send via email.

19.1 During the expiry-management period, which may begin up to thirty (30) days prior to the official service expiration date depending on the infrastructure and Data Center policies applicable to the hosting environment, certain hosting features, server functions, backup-related operations, or account-level services may be automatically restricted by our Data Center systems as part of resource management, security, backup retention, and infrastructure protection procedures. These restrictions are system-generated and, once applied, cannot be manually overridden, disabled, or re-enabled during the restricted period until the applicable renewal requirements and system conditions have been satisfied.

19.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring that all invoices are paid before the official due date. Renewal reminders and billing notifications are communicated in advance through invoice generation emails, renewal reminder emails, client area notifications, and Terms of Service documentation. Clients may also review their complete email notification history directly from the client area dashboard.

19.3 A late renewal fee of PKR 6,000 is automatically applied once a hosting package enters the expired state beyond the official due date. This late fee covers infrastructure maintenance, backup retention, storage allocation, and resource management costs associated with expired services. Once generated by the system, the late fee cannot be waived, reversed, or removed.

19.4 During the expired-service period, certain hosting features, website access, email services, backups, DNS functionality, or server-related operations may be temporarily restricted automatically by our systems and Data Center infrastructure. All applicable services and features are restored automatically once the outstanding renewal invoice has been paid successfully.

19.5 Free or discounted first-year domain registrations are promotional offers only and require standard renewal charges after the completion of the initial registration term. Clients are strongly advised to renew all hosting services and domains before the official due date in order to avoid service interruption, expiry restrictions, additional fees, or potential data removal procedures.

19.6 Should you have any complaint regarding billing, renewals, hosting services, or support provided by Our Company Hosting, and our customer service team has been unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may submit your complaint in writing via email to Our Company. Complaints submitted formally will be reviewed by our management department and responded to within five working business days. We recommend including complete details and relevant invoice or account information in order to reduce resolution time.

19.7 All hosting services purchased through Our Company Hosting are valid only for the active billing period selected at the time of purchase, which in most cases is twelve (12) months unless otherwise stated. Services are not considered valid beyond the official expiry date mentioned within the invoice and client area dashboard. Once a hosting package expires, website files, databases, backups, emails, and related account data may continue to remain stored on our infrastructure servers for a limited retention period, resulting in additional operational, storage, backup retention, licensing, and infrastructure costs to the company. Domain names provided free of charge with hosting packages, or domains registered under discounted first-year promotional pricing, are also subject to separate renewal charges, registrar policies, and applicable Terms of Service after the completion of the initial registration term. Due to ongoing infrastructure expenses, registrar obligations, expired-service retention policies, and processing costs associated with expired services, it is not possible to waive, reverse, or remove late fees once they have been generated by the system after service expiry. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all invoices, renewals, and outstanding dues are cleared before the official expiry date of the service. In order to avoid late fees, temporary restrictions, service interruptions, or additional charges in the future, clients are strongly advised to renew all services before the due date communicated through invoices, reminder notifications, and the client area dashboard.

21. Expiry, Renewal & Late Fee Policy
21.1 A late renewal fee of PKR 6,000 shall automatically apply to all hosting packages immediately upon service expiry. The late fee covers backup retention, infrastructure maintenance, storage allocation, licensing costs, resource management, and expired-service administration.

21.2 Once generated by the billing system, the late fee cannot be waived, reversed, discounted, negotiated, or removed under any circumstances.

21.3 Hosting services remain valid only until the official expiry date displayed within the client area dashboard and associated invoices. Continued storage of expired account data after service expiry does not constitute an active hosting service.

21.4 Clients are solely responsible for renewing all hosting services and associated domains before the official expiry date in order to avoid service interruption, restrictions, additional fees, suspension, termination, or data retention charges.

## ๐Ÿ’ผ 20. Addon Service Charges

20.1 The START Hosting Package is provisioned with the primary domain selected by the client during the order process. Once the hosting account has been activated, changing, replacing, or swapping the primary domain is considered a Domain Swap request and is not included within the standard package features.

20.2 A fixed fee of **PKR 1,500** shall apply to all Domain Swap requests performed on START Hosting Packages. Domain Swap requests will only be processed after the applicable invoice has been paid successfully.

20.3 Clients are solely responsible for verifying their domain name selection before completing the order process. Our Company shall not be responsible for incorrect domain selections, spelling errors, naming mistakes, or domain-related issues resulting from information submitted during the order process.

20.4 Hosting package upgrades are charged at the full price of the destination package. Upgrade charges are not calculated based on the price difference between the existing package and the upgraded package unless explicitly stated otherwise.

20.5 Package upgrades may result in changes to server allocation, account limits, resource availability, software availability, performance characteristics, pricing structure, and service specifications.

20.6 All upgrade, downgrade, migration, domain swap, account restructuring, account conversion, package modification, and custom administrative requests are considered separate services and may be subject to additional charges.

20.7 Website migration services are not included within any hosting package unless explicitly advertised or agreed in writing.

20.8 A migration fee of **PKR 2,500 per website** shall apply to all migration requests.

### ๐Ÿ” SSH Violation Administrative Fee

20.12 SSH access is provided subject to our SSH Access Policy.

20.13 Customers found violating SSH usage policies, attempting privilege escalation, executing prohibited commands, or triggering SSH security enforcement actions on more than two (2) occasions may be subject to an administrative review fee.

20.14 A **PKR 2,700 SSH Violation Administrative Fee** may be charged for the third and each subsequent SSH violation.

20.15 Payment of the SSH Violation Fee does not guarantee restoration of SSH access. Reactivation remains subject to administrative review and approval.

### ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Netcraft Security Violation Fee

20.16 Websites flagged repeatedly through security monitoring systems, phishing detection systems, Netcraft reports, malware investigations, abuse reports, or cybersecurity enforcement actions may be subject to additional administrative review charges.

20.17 If a customer account triggers more than two (2) verified Netcraft-related security violations, a **PKR 2,700 Netcraft Security Violation Fee** may be applied for each additional incident.

20.18 Repeated security violations may also result in temporary suspension, website quarantine, account restrictions, removal of content, or permanent termination of services.

### ๐Ÿฆ  Malware Cleanup Charges

20.19 Malware cleanup services are not included within standard hosting support.

20.20 Where requested by the customer, malware investigation and cleanup services may be performed at a fixed fee of **PKR 2,500 per website**.

20.21 Complex malware infections requiring extensive manual work, website rebuilding, code review, or advanced security remediation may incur additional charges.

### ๐Ÿ”„ Account Restoration Charges

20.22 Restoration of expired, suspended, terminated, or deleted hosting accounts may require administrative intervention.

20.23 A minimum **Account Restoration Fee of PKR 2,500** may apply where backups are available and restoration remains technically possible.

20.24 Restoration requests are handled on a best-effort basis and successful recovery cannot be guaranteed.

20.25 Recovery of deleted mailboxes, email accounts, email data, or archived email backups may require administrative intervention.

20.27 Email recovery is not guaranteed and depends upon backup availability and retention periods.

### ๐Ÿ’พ Expired Service Backup Charges 20.33 Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups and renewing services before their expiration date. 20.34 If a hosting service, reseller account, VPS, or other service expires due to non-payment and the customer later requests a backup of their data, an administrative backup charge shall apply. 20.35 A fixed fee of **PKR 5,200** will be charged for providing backups from expired services. 20.36 This charge covers the administrative work involved in locating, verifying, generating, preparing, and delivering available backup data from expired accounts. 20.37 Backup availability is not guaranteed and depends upon data retention periods, backup availability, and the status of the expired service. 20.38 Payment of the backup charge does not guarantee that any data, files, databases, emails, or account information can be recovered. 20.39 Customers are strongly advised to maintain their own backups and renew services before expiry to avoid additional charges, service interruptions, or potential data loss.
